Chicken legs "Ogonyok" and clean hands

Spicy snacks are always in demand at a picnic. With cold beers and heart-to-heart conversations, this is just the perfect picnic. Sticky, greasy hands can spoil the mood. :( Wrap the foil on the bone and everything will be fine! :)

Chicken legs "Ogonyok" and clean hands
Ingredients
  • chicken drumsticks 300 g
  • Chili ketchup TM Maheev 4 tbsp
  • chili 1 pc.
  • seasoning for grilled poultry 1 tbsp
  • honey 1 tsp

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Wash the chicken drumsticks and pat dry with paper towels. Trim the skin at the bottom of the lower leg and, using a knife, move the meat to the other end. It will look like a meatball on a bone.
Step 2
Prepare chicken marinade from TM Maheev chili ketchup, spices for grilled poultry (including thyme, mint, garlic), honey and chili pepper. Put hot peppers to taste. But since we decided to make the legs sharp, so I put in a whole pepper, finely chopping it together with the seeds. Spread the meat well so that the marinade gets where the bone is and under the skin. Leave for an hour. Cut the foil into pieces and carefully and tightly wrap around the bone before baking.
