Goose baked with tangerines
I bring to your attention a delicious baked goose with tangerines! Thanks to the marinade, the goose turns out to be soft, tasty and very aromatic. Such a bird will undoubtedly decorate any festive table.
Ingredients
- domestic goose 4 kg
- tangerines 5 pcs.
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- sweet paprika 1/2 tsp
- honey 2 tbsp.
- soy sauce 3 tbsp
- salt 1/2 tablespoon
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
A day later we get a goose. Put a few tangerines inside the goose, when baked they will give pleasant citrus notes. Place the goose on a deep baking sheet, preferably with a wire rack. We cover the tips of the legs, wings and completely the whole goose with foil.
