Chopped chicken fillet cutlets
Finally, warm days are coming and parents are trying not to miss the opportunity to present the kids with an exciting event when you can play and eat in the open air. Of course, at a picnic, the main dish is considered to be a meat masterpiece - barbecue, but it is too heavy for a child's stomach, sausages are also not the best choice. I bring to your attention chopped chicken fillet cutlets. Vegetables and greens will also come in handy!
Ingredients
- chicken fillet 600 g
- onion, head 5 pcs.
- salt 1 pinch (s)
- potato starch 4 tbsp
- mayonnaise TM "Maheev" 70 g
- sunflower oil for frying 50 ml
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Wash the chicken fillet, dry with a towel and cut into small cubes. In order to make cutting easier, you can slightly freeze the fillets.
Step 2
Peel the onion and chop finely.
Step 3
Add onion, Mayonnaise TM "Maheev", starch to the chopped meat, salt to taste, mix everything thoroughly and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
Step 4
Pour oil into a preheated frying pan and spoon small portions of the minced meat.
Step 5
Gently turn the patties over and fry them on the back.
