Skewered potatoes with meat
An interesting option for cooking potatoes with minced meat.
- pork 500 g
- potatoes 10 pcs.
- onion 2 pcs.
- garlic 4 pcs.
- tomato paste 150 g
- water (boiling water) 100 ml
- red pepper (ground) to taste
- black pepper (ground) to taste
- salt to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Cut the pork into pieces. Peel the onion (2 pcs.) And cut into several pieces. Peel the garlic (2 pcs.). Pass the pork together with the onion twice through a meat grinder. Then add the garlic passed through a press. Add salt to the minced meat, red and black pepper to taste, mix. Put the resulting minced meat in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into circles, not very thin.
Alternately, we put potatoes and minced meat on skewers.
Put the resulting potatoes with meat on skewers on a baking sheet covered with foil and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Then we cook potatoes with meat on skewers at 200 degrees until tender.
Let's prepare the tomato sauce. To do this, finely chop the onion and lightly fry it in vegetable oil. Add the remaining garlic, passed through a press, and fry a little more. Add tomato paste, salt, black pepper to the fried vegetables, pour in boiling water, stir and simmer the tomato sauce for 5 minutes.
Serve potatoes with meat on skewers with tomato sauce.
