Soy marinated turkey wing
The turkey wing is one of the tastiest parts of a bird. There is not much meat on the wings of a turkey, but due to its great taste it is one of the most popular in cooking. When baking, it is advisable to marinate the turkey beforehand - this is done to give them more juiciness.
Ingredients
- turkey wing 850 g
- pepper mixture 2 tsp
- soy sauce 1.5 tsp
- garlic 4 cloves
- vegetable oil 1 tsp
- salt to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
We wash the turkey wing under running water. Remove excess liquid with napkins. Spread the pepper and salt mixture evenly on all sides.

Peel the garlic and pass it through a garlic press. Also distribute the chopped garlic evenly over the entire wing surface.

Cooking the marinade. Mix vegetable oil and soy sauce.

Lubricate the turkey with the resulting mixture from all sides. Then we put the drumstick on a dish, cover it and put it to marinate in the refrigerator for 15 hours.
Step 5
Then put the turkey wing in the baking sleeve, close the edges of the sleeve tightly and make several small cuts in the sleeve itself. We put the turkey in the oven and cook it at 200 ° C for 40 minutes. Then reduce the baking temperature to 160 ° C and continue baking for another 50 minutes.
