Pork with potatoes in pots
Delicious, hearty dish that is loved by both children and adults. It's not difficult to cook it, but the result is beyond praise. The combination of seemingly ordinary products creates a unique harmony of taste and amazing aroma.
- lean pork 450 g
- onion 2 pcs.
- potatoes 10 pcs.
- salt to taste
- water 600 ml
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Peel the onions, cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil. Put the onion in a pot.
We wash the meat, blot it with a towel and cut into cubes. Then fry the pork in a frying pan until half cooked, salt (if the meat is not fried, then in a pot it cakes and sticks together into a shapeless lump). Put the finished pork in the next layer.
We clean, wash and cut the potatoes into cubes. Fry potatoes over high heat until half cooked. Put the potatoes in a pot with onions and meat.
Pour in about half a glass of hot boiled water for each pot. Add salt.
We close the pots with lids and put in a preheated oven for 50 minutes.
