Crab cutlets with cheese, herbs and garlic
These cutlets are delicious both hot and cold. In extreme cases, crab meat can be replaced with crab sticks, but I think it is clear that with crab meat it tastes much better.
Ingredients
- crab meat 400 g
- semi-hard cheese 200 g
- sour cream 1 tbsp
- chicken eggs 2 pcs.
- garlic (cloves) 2 pcs.
- greens (twigs) 3 pcs.
- for breading: sesame seeds 2 tbsp.
- breadcrumbs 4 tbsp
- grated parmesan 20 g
- vegetable oil for frying 1 tbsp.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Grind the crab meat with a blender. Grate cheese on a fine grater, chop herbs, garlic.
Step 2
Add a tablespoon of sour cream, two eggs, salt and pepper. Mix everything well. Form cutlets from the resulting mass, roll in flour or breadcrumbs (I used a mixture of crackers, sesame seeds and finely grated Parmesan).
Step 3
Fry the cutlets in a pan with vegetable oil over low heat until golden brown or bake in the oven (about 20 minutes at 180C). Serve with herbs. Enjoy your meal!
