Ingredients
  • minced meat 800 g
  • garlic 3 pcs.
  • granular mustard 1 tbsp
  • breadcrumbs (minced) 2 tbsp.
  • eggs 1 pc.
  • fresh broccoli 200 g
  • hard cheese 70 g
  • breadcrumbs (with filling) 2 tbsp.
  • onion 1 pc.
  • sun-dried tomatoes 10 pcs.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
We will disassemble broccoli into inflorescences, wash.

Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 4 minutes.
