Baked farfalle with minced meat
A hearty and quick-to-prepare pasta casserole with minced meat, tomatoes and a crispy cheese-garlic crust.
Ingredients
- stale bread 50 g
- garlic 3 tooth.
- oregano 2 tsp.
- hard cheese 50 g
- olive oil
- minced beef 400 g
- dried chili 1 pinch (s)
- cut tomatoes in s / s 800 ml
- farfalle 400 g
- salt pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the minced meat and fry, stirring and breaking the lumps, until golden brown. Season to taste.
Step 2
Grind the bread in a food processor. Add garlic, oregano, salt, pepper and chilli. Scroll into a homogeneous mass.
Step 3
Add some olive oil and grated cheese to the bread. Mix.
Step 4
Boil pasta until al dente.
Step 5
When the minced meat is ready, add the tomatoes, mix, warm up.
Step 6
Add pasta to the minced meat, mix.
Step 7
Put everything in a baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbs. Place in oven (200 °) for 15 minutes. Ceramic molds may take a little longer.
