Eggplant with cheese, baked in a minced meat wrap
The dish is not only fragrant, hearty, but also very beautiful! Such eggplants can be served both on a weekday and on a festive table. Help yourself! If you haven't finished ... don't worry! The next day they are no worse!
Ingredients
- eggplant 3 pcs.
- minced beef 400-500 g
- suluguni cheese 50 g
- hot smoked wig 1 tsp
- parsley
- salt
- egg 1 pc.
- garlic 2 pcs.
- onion 1 pc.
- kekik (thyme) 2 pinches
- vegetable oil
- black pepper
- basil
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
We wash the eggplants and make cuts with a knife so that they bake faster. Wrap in foil and send to a preheated oven for 200 gr. for about 30 min. until soft. Then we put each eggplant in a bag to cool, the skin will sweat and will be removed easily.
Step 2
Peel the eggplants. We spread it on a thin meat cake (it is better to do this on cling film), make a depression and put in cheese and parsley. I have suluguni cheese. Gently wrap our eggplant with minced meat.
Step 3
Put our eggplant in a greased baking dish. Lubricate with vegetable oil. We send to the preheated oven up to 180 gr. for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Serve the finished dish with herbs and tomato sauce like Acılı ezme or Chemen.
