Fritters with seaweed
Ingredients
- seaweed 200 g
- eggs 1 pc.
- onions 0.5 pcs.
- wheat flour 2 tbsp.
- sunflower oil 60 ml
- salt
- ground black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients for making the seaweed pancakes.
Step 2
Transfer the seaweed to a bowl, squeeze it out slightly and drain the liquid (the remaining marinade). Use scissors to cut the long strips of seaweed into smaller segments.
Step 3
Add small diced onions and a raw egg to the seaweed.
Step 4
Stir in the seaweed, onion, and egg.
Step 5
Pour flour, salt and ground black pepper to the combined ingredients.
Step 6
Stir again - you get a dough with pieces of seaweed.
Step 7
Heat the sunflower oil in a skillet and place the dough in it with a tablespoon as for regular pancakes.
Step 8
Fry the seaweed pancakes over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
Step 9
Transfer the fried pancakes from the pan to a napkin first to remove excess oil, and then to a plate. The seaweed pancakes are now ready to serve.
