Buckwheat pancakes
We are used to eating pancakes from vegetables, most often from potatoes. But try to make them from boiled buckwheat! You can use a cut or a cut - then they will fall apart less.
Ingredients
- 350 g buckwheat
- 1 large onion
- vegetable oil
- 150 g wild mushrooms (thawed)
- 1-2 pickles plus for serving
- Wheat flour
- freshly ground black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cook buckwheat in boiling salted water until cooked: it should be boiled and cool.
Step 2
Peel the onion, chop finely and fry in vegetable oil, 4-5 minutes. Add the mushrooms, cut into small pieces. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes.
Step 3
Combine all pancake ingredients, including cucumbers, in a deep bowl. Pepper, mix well, adding enough wheat flour to make a thick dough, but do not overdo it. Let the dough stand for 30-60 minutes.
Step 4
Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet. With a tablespoon, spread the dough into the frying pan, leaving a couple of centimeters between the pancakes. Fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Serve warm with pickles.
