Maghreb-style baked eggplant mousse
A wonderful appetizer-pate, dip or sauce for fish or poultry. Maheev mayonnaise is very harmonious in this recipe.
Ingredients
- eggplant 1 pc.
- garlic 1 clove
- chili to taste
- mayonnaise Maheev 2 tbsp
- salt 1 pinch (s)
- sugar 1 tsp.
- lemon juice 2 tbsp
- olive oil 2 tablespoons
- kinza 1 bundle
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Let's prepare products for the eggplant mousse.
Step 2
Bake a large eggplant in the oven for 40-50 minutes. Cool and gently remove the pulp with a spoon.
Step 3
Grind baked eggplant, chive, chili to taste, lemon juice, olive oil with a blender.
Step 4
Add Maheev mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Beat again. When serving, sprinkle with cilantro and pour over with olive oil.
