Fried scallops in hazelnut breading
This appetizer will decorate any table! This is delicious.
Ingredients
- scallops 100 g
- walnuts 3-4 pcs.
- egg 1 pc.
- bread crumbs 2 tbsp
- Provencal herbs 0.5 tsp
- rosemary 1 branch pcs.
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Dry the walnuts in a dry frying pan. Grind them up. Stir in breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and Provencal herbs.
Step 2
Put a sprig of rosemary in a preheated pan and flavor the oil.
