Manty with pumpkin
I propose a recipe for making manti with the addition of pumpkin pieces to the minced meat.
- minced meat 500 g
- pumpkin 200 g
- onion 1 pc.
- flour 500 g
- water 200 g
- salt (in minced meat and dough) 2 tsp
- egg 1 pc.
- vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Mix the egg with water, salt and vegetable oil. Gradually add flour and knead the hard dough. Wrap the finished dough with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Mix the minced meat with finely chopped onions, salt and black pepper. Add pumpkin, cut into small cubes. Add 3-4 tablespoons of water, stir.
Start sculpting: divide the dough into small pieces. Roll the dough into a ball and roll into a thin pancake. Put the meat filling in the middle. To sculpt manti in a way convenient for you or as shown in the photo.
Put the manti on the greased tiers of a mantool or double boiler.
You can also use a multicooker with a special steaming program to prepare this dish.
