Young zucchini stewed with mussels and sour cream
A very tender, juicy and delicious appetizer that can be served for dinner.
Ingredients
- young zucchini 1 pc.
- frozen mussels 100 g
- onion 1 pc.
- sour cream 3 tbsp
- salt to taste
- lemon juice 1 tbsp
- chili by taste
- vegetable oil 1 tbsp
- butter 1 tbsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Chop the onion and fry until light golden brown in a mixture of vegetable and butter.
Step 2
Cut the zucchini into thin rings, and then into quarters. Send to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the mussels and simmer for another 5 minutes. Pour in lemon juice, salt a little, pepper.
