Baked cabbage with coconut and halva
Ingredients
  • cabbage - 200 g
  • coconut milk - 100 g
  • unrefined cane sugar - 10 g
  • halva - 50 g
  • greens (ideally micro greens) - 4 g
  • salt pepper

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Disassemble the cabbage into leaves. Rinse, dry, sprinkle with cane sugar and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the cabbage from the oven, quickly fry in a hot skillet, add coconut milk, salt, pepper and some cane sugar.
Step 3
Put the cabbage on a plate and sprinkle with sunflower halva crumbs, garnish with herbs.
