Ingredients
  • greens 10 g
  • olive oil 5 g
  • onion 40 g
  • bulgarian pepper 95 g
  • tomatoes in their own juice 100 g
  • sugar 5 g
  • salt 2 g
  • pepper 1 g
  • boiled potatoes 70 g
  • vegetable oil 10 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Cut the onion and bell pepper into large cubes, fry in olive oil until the onion is golden brown.
Step 2
Fill with tomatoes in our own juice, add spices. Add more sugar as needed. the taste should be sweet and sour.
Step 3
Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Fry in vegetable oil.
Step 4
Put the potatoes on the bottom of the plate and on top of it the finished lecho. Decorate with greens. The dish can be served hot or cold.
