Baked vegetables with cheese
Ingredients
- eggplant 1 pc.
- tomatoes 2 pcs.
- zucchini 1 pc.
- salt to taste
- a mixture of peppers to taste
- spices French herbs from KOTANYI-to taste
- spicy hard cheese 100 g
- garlic, clove 1-2 pcs.
- sour cream 10% 100 ml
- olive oil
- grated hard cheese 3 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Prepare ingredients. Wash and dry vegetables.
Step 2
Cut the eggplant and zucchini into thin slices. Lightly salt and stir. Cut the cheese into thin slices.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Put vegetables and cheese, alternating (see photo). sprinkle vegetables with olive oil.
Step 5
For the sauce, add chopped garlic to sour cream, salt and pepper, add French herbs, mix.
Step 6
Pour the resulting sauce over the vegetables. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese 5 minutes until ready and cook until the cheese melts. Enjoy your meal!
