Cauliflower in breadcrumbs with sour cream sauce

You can serve poached eggs with such cabbage - put them on top of the cabbage and cut them so that the yolk soaks the crust.

Ingredients
  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup delicious breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • melted butter
  • salt, black pepper
  • 200 g sour cream 20% fat
  • 1 small bunch of green onions
  • 1 bunch of mixed herbs (mint, parsley, tarragon, dill, basil)

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Place the cabbage in a wide and deep saucepan, pour boiling water over the cabbage by 2/3. Bring to a boil over high heat, salt, reduce heat, cover, cook for 15 minutes.
Step 2
For the sauce, chop the herbs and blend into a paste. Mix with sour cream, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Cool the head of cabbage, cut off the leaves and the tough part of the stem. Leaves can be eaten, but the bottom of the stem is tasteless. Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences and roll in breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Crush the garlic, place in a skillet, add oil and put on low heat, let the garlic heat, saturating the oil with taste, until it turns golden brown. Remove the garlic.
Step 5
Fry the cauliflower in oil until golden brown. Serve hot with cold sour cream sauce.
