Seaweed with beans
This hearty salad side dish can be served with fish or taken on a picnic.
Ingredients
- seaweed 50 g
- canned beans 50 g
- champignons 4 pcs.
- onion 0.5 pcs.
- vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
- lemon juice 1 tbsp
- salt
- pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the champignons into thin slices. Fry in oil with onions until tender. But do not fry, but leave the mushrooms juicy.
Step 2
Rinse canned beans and discard in a colander.
Step 3
Combine beans, mushrooms and pickled seaweed. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with lemon juice.
