Green Bean Salad with Boiled Egg
This salad can be an excellent side dish for fish. Very juicy and healthy.
Ingredients
- green beans 100 g
- knocks 40 g
- red onion 0.5 pcs.
- cherry tomatoes 6 pcs.
- boiled egg 1 pc.
- black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- lemon juice 2 tablespoons
- olive oil 2 tablespoons
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Stir all ingredients in a salad bowl. Season with lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Place the salad on a serving plate. Sprinkle the salad with a boiled egg grated on a coarse grater.
