Crispy eggplant with tomato and chili honey sauce
Amazing hot snack for the lean table
Ingredients
- eggplant 100 g
- tomatoes 90 g
- sweet chili sauce 40 g
- starch 20 g
- quince 6 g
- salt 2 g
- sesame white 1 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the eggplant into a medium triangle, moisten a little with water and bread in starch on all sides, salt and deep-fry for about three minutes.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes into slices, combine with cilantro (3 g) and fried eggplants, season with sauce (30 g), stir.
Step 3
