Amazing squid stew with vegetables
For some reason, squids are primarily perceived in a salad. Something as traditional as egg and rice. And they can be cooked absolutely delicious as a main course! - 300 g of peeled squid;
- 1 medium zucchini;
- 2 small carrots;
- soy sauce;
- vegetable oil for frying;
- a handful of sesame seeds;
- spices (pepper, turmeric; ginger and chili - optional).
