Amazing squid stew with vegetables

For some reason, squids are primarily perceived in a salad. Something as traditional as egg and rice. And they can be cooked absolutely delicious as a main course! Carrots, zucchini and sesame seeds are just perfect friends for these handsome invertebrates! Well, okay, okay, we'll leave the rice. For a side dish.

Amazing squid stew with vegetables
  • 300 g of peeled squid;
  • 1 medium zucchini;
  • 2 small carrots;
  • soy sauce;
  • vegetable oil for frying;
  • a handful of sesame seeds;
  • spices (pepper, turmeric; ginger and chili - optional).

Step 1
Ruthlessly cut the squids into rings, send them to the pan and gently pour soy sauce. For a start, 2-3 tablespoons will be enough - the amount of soy sauce depends on its taste (salty or slightly salted), as well as your taste buds. I never tire of repeating that the dish must be tasted during the cooking process in order to understand which spices still need to be added, and which are already enough.
