Rice with shrimps in hats
Ingredients
  • mix of wild and white rice (bag) 1 pc.
  • korolevsie shrimps 6 pcs.
  • fresh champignons 6 pcs.
  • garlic, clove 1 pc.
  • 1/4 lime zest
  • lemon juice 1 tsp.
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • green onions, feathers 6 pcs.
  • olive oil 6 tablespoons
  • salt to taste

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Peel the shrimp of shells and intestinal veins. Mix the remaining butter, lime zest and juice, black pepper, salt and put the shrimp in this mixture for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Fry the mushrooms in a hot skillet (on both sides) until golden brown for 5 minutes, put on a paper towel to drain off excess fat. Then fry the shrimps in the same pan for 2 minutes.
