Rice with shrimps in hats
Ingredients
- mix of wild and white rice (bag) 1 pc.
- korolevsie shrimps 6 pcs.
- fresh champignons 6 pcs.
- garlic, clove 1 pc.
- 1/4 lime zest
- lemon juice 1 tsp.
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- green onions, feathers 6 pcs.
- olive oil 6 tablespoons
- salt to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Peel the shrimp of shells and intestinal veins. Mix the remaining butter, lime zest and juice, black pepper, salt and put the shrimp in this mixture for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Fry the mushrooms in a hot skillet (on both sides) until golden brown for 5 minutes, put on a paper towel to drain off excess fat. Then fry the shrimps in the same pan for 2 minutes.
