Ingredients
  • pancakes 6 pcs.
  • mushrooms 400 g
  • onions 1 pc.
  • rice 100 g
  • boiled eggs 4 pcs.
  • dill 1 bunch (s)
  • green onions 1 bunch (s)
  • cod fillet 400 g
  • salt 2 tsp
  • freshly ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
  • raw eggs 2 pcs.
  • butter 150 g
  • flour 500 g
  • milk 250 g
  • live yeast 13 g
  • sugar 50 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Dough: heat the milk slightly. Add sugar, yeast and 200 grams of flour. Mix. Remove to a warm place for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Add 1 egg, melted butter (100 grams), 300 grams of flour and a pinch of salt to the dough. Knead the dough. Remove to a warm place for 30 minutes. Wrinkle and remove for another 40 minutes.
Step 3
Fry mushrooms with onions. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Boil rice, add 50 grams of melted butter and chopped eggs, dill, green onions, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 5
Season the cod fillet with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Divide the dough into two parts. Roll. Put three fillings in strips one after the other on one part of the dough. Cover each filling with pancakes (2 pancakes each).
