Fastest lobio
It usually takes you half a day, if not more, to make lobio. Even if not active - after all, the beans swell by themselves, without your participation - but you have to wait. And with this recipe you won't have to!
Ingredients
- 2 cans (400 g each) red beans
- 50 g walnuts
- 1 medium bunch of cilantro
- 1 large onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- olive oil
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Place the beans in a colander and rinse with cold water. Dry.
Step 2
Peel the onion and chop finely. Fry in olive oil and salt, 7-8 minutes.
Step 3
Finely chop the peeled garlic, cilantro along with the roots (they need to be washed very thoroughly, sand is often hidden inside) and nuts. Place in a hand blender glass, add a little salt, pepper and whisk into a smooth paste.
Step 4
Add the fried onions to the blender and beat again. Combine the blender paste with the beans.
Step 5
You can leave it that way, or whisk completely in a blender in mashed potatoes, or in particular - so that the pieces of beans remain.
