Buckwheat noodles in a wok
Ingredients
- buckwheat noodles 100 g
- carrots 50 g
- pepper 50 g
- red onion 50 g
- leeks 20 g
- ginger root 5 g
- sesame white pinch (s)
- hoisin sauce 200 ml
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Pre-boil the noodles.
Step 2
Cut carrots, red onions, peppers, leeks into thin strips.
Step 3
Cut the ginger root into small cubes.
Step 4
Fry carrots, red onions, peppers, ginger in olive oil.
Step 5
Add the noodles and pour over the hoisin sauce and simmer a little more.
Step 6
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
