Simple hodgepodge of young cabbage with smoked meats
It is good to serve boiled young potatoes to the hodgepodge, sprinkled with chopped dill and drizzled with butter.
Ingredients
- 400 g smoked meats (chicken thigh, pork ear, sausages or sausages)
- 1 head of young cabbage
- 1 large stalk of leeks
- 1 large onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 200 g ready-made tomato sauce
- 1 can (400 g) pitted olives
- olive and butter
- salt, black pepper
- chopped herbs to taste for serving
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Heat 1: 1 olive oil and butter in a large deep skillet, add onions and leeks, salt and fry, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add cabbage, salt, fry for 5 minutes. Add the tomato sauce mixed with 100 ml of water and garlic, pepper, stir, simmer for 10 minutes.
