Ingredients
  • 400 g smoked meats (chicken thigh, pork ear, sausages or sausages)
  • 1 head of young cabbage
  • 1 large stalk of leeks
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 200 g ready-made tomato sauce
  • 1 can (400 g) pitted olives
  • olive and butter
  • salt, black pepper
  • chopped herbs to taste for serving

Step 1
Heat 1: 1 olive oil and butter in a large deep skillet, add onions and leeks, salt and fry, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add cabbage, salt, fry for 5 minutes. Add the tomato sauce mixed with 100 ml of water and garlic, pepper, stir, simmer for 10 minutes.
