Dorada with chanterelles is an original recipe that will please both fish lovers and fans of forest mushrooms. The taste of chanterelles fried with onions goes well with potatoes. We complicated a simple dish a little and made a sauce based on fish broth and cream with chanterelles.

Ingredients
  • dorado fillet - 4 pcs
  • medium potatoes - 4 pieces
  • shallots - 120 g
  • chanterelles - 400 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
