Eggplant Parmegiano
Ingredients
  • tomato paste 150 g
  • eggplant 300 g
  • flour 15 g
  • vegetable oil 30 g
  • mozzarella cheese 60 g
  • parmesan 10 g
  • basil 5 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Peel the eggplants, cut into slices and salt.
Step 2
Leave it on for a couple of minutes to drain.
Step 3
Deep-fry and place on a paper towel.
Step 4
Pour tomato paste evenly onto a baking sheet, then alternately lay out eggplants, mozzarella in layers, sprinkle with grated parmesan, chopped basil, dry oregano and so on in three layers.
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
