Baked chicken breast with vegetables and cheese
Ingredients
- chicken breast 1 pc.
- kebab marinade from Maheev 150 g
- salt to taste
- ground paprika-to taste
- pepper mix to taste
- zucchini 1 \ 2 pcs.
- tomatoes 2 pcs.
- smoked Chechil cheese 60 g
- olive oil
- garlic, clove
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Free the chicken breast from the bones. Rinse the fillet, dry with a paper towel. Rub lightly with paprika and pepper mixture. Leave on for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Then add kebab marinade from Maheevs, coat on all sides and leave to marinate for 1 hour (longer).
Step 3
Cut the zucchini, tomatoes and cheese into thin slices.
Step 4
Make cuts on the chicken fillet, not reaching the end.
Step 5
Add salt, pepper mixture, finely chopped garlic to the olive oil. Stir and insert zucchini, tomato and cheese into the cuts. Place the breasts on foil, cover with foil.
Step 6
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes, then open the foil and cook for another 10 minutes until browning.
Step 7
