Chicken wings

Ingredients
  • chicken wings - 555 g
  • Satsebeli sauce - 50 g
  • adjika - 15 g
  • Svan salt - 3 g
  • wheat flour - 25 g
  • bell pepper - 500 g
  • garlic - 30 g
  • tomatoes - 1 kg
  • ucho-suneli - 1 tbsp.
  • coriander - ½ tbsp.
  • salt, black pepper to taste
  • red chili pepper - 3 pcs

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Prepare the Satsebeli sauce. To do this, peel the red bell pepper. Cut the tomatoes at the cutting, put them in a saucepan with cold water, put the bell pepper there. Put a saucepan with vegetables on the fire and bring to a boil, simmer for an hour.
Step 2
Pass the tomatoes and peppers through a sieve, thoroughly punch everything together in a blender. Put the resulting mass on fire, add spices, mix and boil until the desired consistency of sauce.
Step 3
Rinse chicken wings, dry, marinate in a mixture of all ingredients, except flour, and leave in the refrigerator under pressure for 3-4 hours.
Step 4
Roll the marinated wings in flour and fry in a hot skillet until tender.
