Potato pie with chicken and mushrooms
Delicious and aromatic potato dough pie with mushrooms will not leave anyone indifferent.
Ingredients
- potatoes 700 g
- butter 70 g
- chicken eggs 2 pcs.
- flour 1 cup (s)
- salt to taste
- oyster mushrooms 500 g
- chicken fillet 300 g
- large carrots 1 pc.
- large onion 1 pc.
- flour 2 tbsp.
- cheese 70 g
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- vegetable oil 5 tbsp
- margarine for lubricating the form 1 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Peel and wash potatoes. Put in hot water and cook until tender. Season with salt during cooking.
Step 2
Drain the potatoes. Mash in mashed potatoes, adding butter.
Step 3
Cool the mashed potatoes to room temperature. Gradually add flour and eggs and knead the potato dough.
Step 4
Peel the carrots, wash, dry, grate on a coarse grater.
Step 5
Fry the carrots in a piece of vegetable oil until half cooked. Cool to room temperature.
Step 6
Peel, wash, dry the onion. Cut into small cubes. Fry the onion on a piece of butter until lightly blush.
Step 7
Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly under running water and dry. Cut into small cubes.
Step 8
Add mushrooms to the onion, continue to fry over low heat until the liquid has completely evaporated. Cool slightly.
Step 9
Wash the chicken fillet, dry, chop finely.
Step 10
Fry the fillets on a piece of butter until almost cooked. Cool to room temperature. Combine fried carrots, onions with mushrooms and fillets, salt and pepper to taste, add flour, mix. Put the potato dough into a detachable mold, greased with cold margarine, forming sides of 3 - 4 cm. Put the filling, level. Put the form in an oven preheated to 200 ͦ C for 20 - 25 minutes.
Step 11
Grate cheese on a fine grater. Remove the cake pan from the oven. Sprinkle the cheese over the cake and place in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
Step 12
Remove the finished cake from the oven. Release from the split form
Step 13
Cut into portions and serve. Very tasty with a salad of fresh or pickled vegetables.
