Radish and cottage cheese sauce for meat cutlets
Ingredients
- 200 g cottage cheese 9% fat
- 30-50 ml cream, 20% fat
- 18-20 small radishes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of dill
- zest of half a lemon
- salt

Step 1
Rub the curd through a sieve. Cut the radish into the smallest cubes. Pass the garlic through a press. Finely chop the leaves and thin twigs of the dill.
