Chicken pancakes with rolled oats and vegetables
Very tender pancakes from chicken fillet marinated in mustard chicken marinade "Maheev". The dish can be served as a second for lunch or dinner. Mashed potatoes, rice or just a fresh vegetable salad are perfect as a side dish.
Ingredients
- chicken fillet 500 g
- mustard marinade for chicken "Maheev" 50 g
- hercules 4 tbsp
- chicken eggs 4 pcs.
- onion 1 pc.
- sweet pepper 1 pc.
- flour 2 tbsp.
- salt 0.5 tsp
- ground black pepper 0.2 tsp
- refined vegetable oil 4 tbsp.
- garlic cloves 2 pcs.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Wash the chicken fillet, dry with a paper towel. Cut the fillet into small cubes, peel the onion and garlic and finely chop.
Step 2
Combine chopped fillet with onion and garlic, add Maheev mustard chicken marinade.
Step 3
Add salt and pepper to the mixture.
Step 4
Drive eggs into the mixture, add rolled oats. Mix the mixture thoroughly and put in the refrigerator to marinate for 35 - 40 minutes.
Step 5
Wash sweet peppers, dry, remove seeds, cut into small cubes. Take the minced meat out of the refrigerator, add the chopped pepper to it and add the flour, mix well again.
Step 6
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put round or oval pancakes with a tablespoon. First fry on one side until browned.
Step 7
Then turn the pancakes to the other side and fry for a few more minutes. Put the finished pancakes on a paper towel so that the excess oil is absorbed. Serve hot with garnish and vegetables.
