Asian style honey wings with grilled vegetables

Wings have been my favorite food since my student days. Prepare a whole baking sheet and invite all your friends over to watch your favorite movie. Or they were chosen by a large company for nature. They cooked the wings on the grill and then they seemed a million times tastier. Check it yourself;)

Asian style honey wings with grilled vegetables
Ingredients
  • chicken wings 700 g
  • chili pepper 1-2 pcs.
  • ginger 15 g
  • soy sauce 70 ml
  • honey 60 g
  • pepper 1 pc.
  • zucchini 1 pc.
  • red onion 1-2 pcs.
  • garlic 2 tooth.
  • cilantro 1-2 vet.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Place the wings in a deep bowl. Peel and grate the ginger. Chop the garlic finely. Remove the seeds from the chili and chop it finely. Add the ingredients to the wings and use the chili to taste. Add 2 tablespoons. vegetable oil, honey, paprika, soy sauce and 100 ml of water (half a glass). Mix thoroughly. Leave the wings to marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat the coals. Cut the bell pepper into quarters, remove the grains. Cut the zucchini into slices. Red onion wedges. Place the wings on the grill rack. Heat the coals in the charcoal grill until red. Place the wire rack on the grill. Fry until tender, 20-25 minutes. Turn meat as needed. Grill vegetables as well. Place vegetables on the grill rack. Salt. Place the wire rack on the grill. Cook until soft, turning occasionally.
Step 3
Wings and vegetables can be cooked in the oven. Preheat oven to 200 gr. Transfer the wings to a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. at a temperature of 200 gr. Transfer the vegetables to another baking sheet. Sprinkle with vegetable oil, salt. Bake for 20-25 minutes. until ready. It is possible simultaneously with the wings. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving. Enjoy your meal!
