Hav burger

Khav is translated from Armenian as chicken. The burger is prepared with chicken cutlet with ginger, garlic, cilantro, fresh tomato, salad mix, cucumber and matsun and turmeric sauce.

Ingredients
  • poppy with zlakami - 4 pcs per 150 g
  • cutlet - 4 pieces 160 g each
  • fresh tomato - 160 g
  • mix of Armenian greens - 40 g
  • fresh cucumber - 120 g
  • matsuna sauce with a pinch of turmeric - 80 g
  • chicken thigh fillet - 720 g
  • onions - 80 g
  • ginger root - 20 g
  • garlic - 40 g
  • fresh cilantro - 40 g
  • salt / pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil - 40 g
  • mazoni - 180 g
  • salt / pepper to taste
  • turmeric

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
For cutlets, turn the chicken through a meat grinder, add finely chopped onion and garlic, grated ginger, salt and pepper. Form cutlets from the resulting mass and fry in a hot pan.
Step 2
Putting together a burger. A roll with cereals is cut into two parts and heated on the grill.
Step 3
Both parts are smeared with sauce. On the base half, spread the greens mix, thinly sliced tomato, thinly sliced cucumber slices. Next, lay out the finished cutlet, cover with the second half of the burger.
