Whole smoked chicken
Ingredients
- chicken 1 pc.
- coarse sea salt 3 g
- crushed black pepper 3 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Brush the meat with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Dry the meat for 1-1.5 hours.
Step 3
Fry it a little in a pan until half cooked.
Step 4
Smoke for about 15-20 minutes
Step 5
