Jedleebzhe chicken in sour cream

This is the most delicious chicken dish in the world. Don't believe me? Rather try to cook it! Ideally, it is obtained from a village chicken grown on free grazing, and village sour cream.

Ingredients
  • 1 whole An-Noor chicken weighing 1.8–2 kg
  • 200 g of the fattest sour cream
  • 120 g of ghee
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp red hot pepper
  • salt
  • 2 cups millet
  • 2-3 tbsp. l. decoys
  • lubricating oil

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Rinse the millet first with cold and then hot water, drain the water. Pour in a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour boiling water so that it covers the cereal by three fingers. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat until the cereal is tender. Stir so that the cereal does not stick to the bottom. When very little water remains, drain it into a bowl, dilute the semolina in it and return to the pan, mix thoroughly. Season with salt, reduce heat to low and cook porridge, stirring occasionally, until it begins to lag behind the sides of the pan. Put the prepared thick porridge on a greased board, smooth with a wet knife and cool completely, then cut into diamonds.
Step 2
Place the chicken in a large saucepan and pour 3.5 liters of boiling water over it. Bring to a boil, season with salt, reduce heat to low, remove foam and cook until chicken is tender, 1-1.5 tsp.
Step 3
Peel and chop the onion as finely as possible. Crush, peel and chop the garlic. Melt the butter in a cauldron or large saucepan, add the onion and fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Add flour and mix very well so that there are no lumps. Fry for 2 minutes. Stir red pepper in 100 ml of broth, pour into the butter-flour mass, mix.
Step 4
Pour in 3 cups of broth and, stirring thoroughly so that there are no lumps, cook until thickened, 4–5 minutes. Put in the garlic, stir. Add sour cream, stir, boil for another 2-3 minutes. and remove from heat.
Step 5
Remove the chicken from the broth, cut into portions. Put the chicken on plates, cover with hot sauce, put the porridge diamonds next to it. Serve immediately.
