Chicken legs in an oriental way
Chicken legs are not a very popular product in our country, but they are eaten with pleasure in China and Korea. A spicy and savory snack for lovers of oriental cuisine or for those who like crunching.
Ingredients
- chicken legs 300 g
- hot kimchi sauce 2 tbsp
- ketchup TM Maheev 5 tbsp
- coriander 1 tsp.
- dry garlic 1 tsp
- brown sugar 1 dl
- cognac 1 tbsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Wash chicken legs well, trim the claws. Prepare the necessary ingredients for the marinade.
Step 2
Prepare a marinade from TM Maheev tomato ketchup, brown sugar, brandy, hot kimchi sauce, coriander and dry garlic.
Step 3
It is good to coat your feet with marinade, cover with foil and send to the refrigerator for 8-12 hours.
Step 4
Put the marinated chicken legs in a preheated pan and fry over medium heat under a slightly open lid. When the legs are browned on one side, turn over and fry on the other.
