Chicken curry with rosemary
Fragrant and juicy chicken with rosemary, marinated with mustard marinade TM Makheev will diversify your picnic.
Ingredients
- chicken 500 g
- mustard marinade TM Maheev 50 g
- rosemary 2 sprigs pcs.
- curry 1 tsp
- vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
- chili to taste
- sugar 1 pinch (s)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut a small chicken, weighing no more than 1 kg, in half. Lightly beat off the breast and leg with a meat hammer.
Step 2
Finely chop the rosemary, mix with the TM Maheev mustard marinade for chicken. Add curry, chili and a pinch of sugar. Marinate the chicken for several hours.
