Baked chicken breast with quince
Ingredients
- chicken breast 1 pc.
- salt to taste
- quince 1 pc.
- mustard marinade from Maheev 7 tbsp
- butter (25g for breast, 25g for sauce) 50 g
- homemade rose wine 120 ml
- greens
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Rinse the chicken breast, pat dry with a paper towel. Marinate in Maheev mustard marinade for 30-45 minutes. Cut the quince into halves, core and cut into thin slices.
Step 2
Blot the chicken breast with a paper towel, add lightly salt and pepper if necessary, make several transverse cuts on it and insert into the cut along the quince slice.
Step 3
Roll the breast into a roll, quince outward, fasten with a toothpick. Put a piece of butter in the middle of the roll, and a couple of pieces of butter on top, too. Place the quince roll on the foil. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Wrap the remaining quince in another piece of foil and bake until tender.
