Squid and celery salad with pine nuts
Light, juicy, almost dietary salad. In general, I really like the combination of squid and sour apple in salads.
Ingredients
- squid 500 g
- green apple "Granny Smith" (large) 1 pc.
- petiole celery 3 pcs.
- pine nuts 50 g
- Greek yogurt 3 tbsp
- salt 1 pinch (s)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Boil squids in lightly salted water. Cool and cut into thin strips. Wash, peel and cut the apple into strips. Cut the celery into thin slices.
