Spaghetti with shrimps and chuka
Ingredients
- spaghetti 200 g
- chuka salad 100 g
- tiger braces 8 pcs.
- nut sauce 2 tbsp
- truffle oil 2 tsp
- salt
- ground black pepper
- garlic
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Boil the spaghetti until al dente. Drain the water. Add truffle oil to the spaghetti.
Step 2
Cleanse the shrimp, remove the intestines.
Step 3
Peel the garlic, crush, fry in vegetable oil, add shrimp to the golden garlic. Fry for 2-3 minutes, season with salt, pepper, remove from heat.
Step 4
Add chuka (room temperature), peanut sauce to the spaghetti, season with salt and pepper to taste, mix.
Step 5
Add shrimp. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan before serving.
