Vegetable salad with shrimps and avocado
Light, tasty and nutritious salad very suitable for a female company.
Ingredients
- shrimp 20 g
- avocado 1 pc.
- bell pepper 0.5 pcs.
- celery 1 stalk
- red onion 0.5 pcs.
- cherry 5 pcs.
- olive oil 2 tablespoons
- lemon juice 1 tbsp
- balsamic sauce 1 tsp
- lettuce leaves
- salt
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the avocado into cubes and pour over the lemon juice.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion, bell pepper.
Step 3
Cut the celery stalk, cut the cherry into quarters.
Step 4
When serving on a plate, put the lettuce leaves, torn into large pieces. On top of them are salad. Drizzle with balsamic sauce and serve.
