A spicy appetizer salad that you can take with you to a picnic. Can be served to whet your appetite!

Spicy seaweed and carrot salad
Ingredients
  • carrots 1 pc.
  • seaweed (pickled) 100 g
  • garlic 2 cloves
  • chili to taste
  • sesame seeds 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil 30 ml
  • Apple vinegar
  • sugar
  • salt

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Peel and grate the carrots for Korean snacks. I took pickled seaweed, it is already with vinegar and salt.
Step 2
Heat oil in a skillet with chili. Add carrots and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the seaweed and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Step 3
Dry the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan. Squeeze the garlic through a press into the vegetables, mix. Salt to taste, sprinkle with sugar, if you like it spicy, then add apple cider vinegar. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let it brew for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
