Potato pancakes with seaweed
Diversify the taste of potato pancakes, add some seaweed and they will acquire a sea flavor.
Ingredients
- potatoes 3 pcs.
- seaweed 50 g
- chicken eggs 1 pc.
- flour 3 tbsp.
- garlic 1-2 cloves
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
- seasoning for potatoes
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Grate potatoes and garlic on a fine grater. If the potatoes are very watery, drain a little of the juice.
Step 2
Cut the seaweed into smaller pieces. I have pickled seaweed, cooked by me personally.
Step 3
Put flour, seaweed into the grated potatoes, break an egg, salt and pepper to taste. Stir well. You can add your favorite spices.
Step 4
Spoon the potato dough into a preheated frying pan and fry the potato pancakes over medium heat until golden brown and cooked.
