Creole shrimp rice
A savory and hearty second dish that combines rice, sausage and shrimp. Unusual and delicious.
Ingredients
- rice 0.5 glass (a)
- shrimp 100 g
- sausage 80 g
- onion 1 pc.
- bell pepper 0.5 pcs.
- lemon 1 pc.
- chili 1 pc.
- 1 clove garlic
- vegetable oil 40 ml
- parsley sprig
- salt
- pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Peel and marinate the shrimps in lemon juice and finely chopped garlic. Pour the shrimp shells with water and cook. We need broth.
Step 2
To eat onions and sausages. Fry the onion and sausage in sunflower oil. Add rice and fry until it is saturated with oil and becomes transparent.
Step 3
Cut the chili and bell peppers into strips. Put in a saucepan. Strain the shrimp shell broth and pour into a saucepan. The broth should be 2 cm on top of the rice. Cover and reduce heat. Cook until the rice is cooked through.
