Fresh asian noodle salad
Ingredients
- clear noodles 300 g
- peeled shrimp 150 g
- mixed minced meat 200 g
- Chinese seasoning "5 spices" 2 tsp
- olive oil 5 tablespoons
- garlic, clove 2 pcs.
- grated ginger 1 tsp
- chili (flakes) to taste
- green onions 1 bunch (s)
- lime juice 3 tbsp
- fish sauce 1 tbsp
- 1/2 bunch fresh coriander (s)
- fresh mint 1/2 bunch (s)
- roasted peanuts 2 handfuls
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- sea salt to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a skillet or wok, add minced meat and 5 spices and fry until crusty. Add chopped garlic, grated ginger, peeled shrimp and sugar.
Step 2
Cook with constant stirring for 4 minutes. Remove from heat, mix the contents of the pan with the noodles. Add chopped green onions, coriander, mint, peanuts and fish sauce, toss and season with salt and pepper. Serve chilled. Enjoy your meal!
